The Broken Hill Visitor Information Centre (BHVIC) is part of the Accredited Visitor Information Centre Network and has welcomed visitors from all over the world for the last 40 years. It is the gateway into Far West NSW and South Australia and its dedicated staff of tourism professionals can assist travellers with getting the most out of their visit to “Australia’s First Heritage Listed City”.

The BHVIC offers a range of facilities including destination brochures for all Australian states, an extensive gift shop with local produce and souvenirs, showers and toilets. There’s plenty of car parking around the building and RV parking across the road where you can also find a dump point and fill up with fresh water. 

SIXT Car Rental and a large Gloria Jean's Coffee shop are also located within the centre, so you can sit back, relax with a coffee and plan your days adventures.
